    Trying to really understand Merami's Mou li Kai play (Merami/Xeltol appreciation post)

    I decided to make this post today because this guy is my favourite player. There's obviously so much more that I want to talk about, but it's best to keep this as short as possible.

    It's a good thing I woke up and saw this play, rather than me reading about it or watching it before I went to sleep last night because I don't think I would've slept...maybe I can't sleep tonight after watching this play. I've been watching Merami's channel ( https://www.youtube.com/user/risingfevers ) since his isogu 330bpm FC play and I swear I've rewatched that everyday for a week after first watching it because I can't understand how consistent and accurate this guy is at high bpm streams.     Seeing a score post with the title along the lines of (1430pp if FC) this morning, came to me as a CTB post but then seeing the name 'Merami' next to it truly is terrifying because what I'm about to witness is (basically) a 10* FC Choke. But the ridiculous thing is that it's not a 3 mod play, not even a 4 mod play. This crackhead put HDDT(HDNC) on a stream map that not many would even think of doing, let alone play it with that mod combination. How dominant can a player be in this particular skillset? This player has brushed off hackers like they're specks of dust (Legendre Storytellers HDDT ~1200pp if FC, Hide on Note Euphorium HDDT ~1100pp if FC just to name a few of the jumpy streamy hacked plays).

    There's not supposed to be a planet where one skips 1k pp... and whilst we're at it, not a planet where one skips 1.1k, nor a 1.2k, nor a 1.3k. This iconic play really demonstrates Merami's potential, and if by any chance he wasn't known before.... he certainly is known now. Jokes were made about combining the skillsets of WhiteCat, Vaxei, Merami, FGSky, but I think something is materialising already... He's improved his high BPM stream consistency (not even god knows how that's possible) and he's improved his aim (Black Rover 7* HDDT 5 miss, Vanity Clock HDDT B Pass). Such an inhuman, machine-like skillset with very few contestants to compete.

    Unthinkable, unfathomable gameplay is what we're witnessing and I can't wait to see more plays from this player as usual. Merami will continue to stick to me as an inspiration.
