    Need help finding a Japanese song

    I stumbled upon a random stream on Twitch with this song playing.

    I don't speak any Japanese so I couldn't google the lyrics, nor do I know who sings it. It would be really appreciated if anyone could help me find it.

    Do you either lift your tapping hand or rest it on the table?

    Basically I recently read some discussion in a language channel that lifting your tapping hand is apparently better than resting it for some reasons I can't recall anymore, but I'm not so sure about that. I've been keeping my hands on the table for as long as I've been playing and if I lift my hands I don't see a noticeable improvement regarding tapping speeds or strain feelings.

    So, do you either lift your tapping hand or rest it on the table? (discussion is welcome)
