    osu!playlist updates: 1400 songs reached & a new Touhou osu!playlist

    Hi, you might not remember be familiar with my YouTube osu!playlist, but I made a small post about it nearly 1.5 years ago and thought that reaching 10k+ views on it was good enough for a small update.

    Since then I've ended up creating additional, smaller playlists based on the songs in the main one, separated roughly by their style (e.g. all electronic songs and all metal/rock songs in it have their own playlists as well). A day ago, I got off my ass and created the Touhou osu!playlist, which features (primarily ranked maps of) Touhou remixes/arranges and original songs by ZUN.

    The main playlist currently has a little over 1400 songs and the Touhou one has 242. Some songs may appear more than once, especially in the bigger playlist; I will remove the extra ones if I notice them.

    I am also slowly trying to build the Featured Artist playlist, which has all of the songs in the Featured Artist listing (that I am able to find on YouTube). So far there are a few that I simply couldn't find there. :(

    DISCLAIMER: I am one of the people who contributed to the prize pool of the now infamous RandomCircleGuy´s huge score bounty posting.

    I understand that this was a cool way for you to make top players to play the maps you like, but understand that pulling off sh** like this (running away with 100s dollars worth of promised prize money) harms the whole community.

    I get it, scores were made, I bet you feel really clever now. Good job with eliminating the whole potential to have these whenever-ly community based bounty challenges. It is really a shame considering that we got quite an amount of contributors. (Besides myself, namely September_Sky and Firedigger)

    Anyway, thanks for coming to my TedTalk, also here is the link to the google doc, just so you can see how much is exactly owed. HERE (My ALIEN bounty for Goink was paid already, also as far as I know September_Sky has paid his portion as well, no idea about the rest.)
